What is your site fee for a wedding or Event?
The site fee includes exclusive use of the tavern and gardens.
May 1 through October 31 site fee is $8,500
November 1 through April 30 site fee is $6,500
Call for non-weekend pricing and non-wedding pricing (community & corporate events)
What is included in the site fee?
Natural Wood Folding Chairs with Light Tan Pads
72” Round Tables for Dining Table (accommodates 10 people at each)
9' Market Umbrellas to accompany each Dining Table
Sova Staff to set ceremony chairs and dining tables
Globe String Lights on Redwood Deck, Pavilion Lawn, and Pavilion Dance Floor
Private Bridal Bungalow & Patio for day of "get ready"
Parking for 65 cars and vendor/truck parking
Access to the venue the day before your event is available after 3pm for deliveries and rehearsal (2 hours maximum)
Access to the venue at 9:00am day of event for vendors (Events can begin at the time you choose and must end by 10:00pm)
On-site Venue Manager
Rehearsal dinners are not permitted on the venue property or in Farmhouse
