TAVERN AND GARDEN RENTALS

Here is what is included:

  • 10-hour time feame for set-up, event and breakdown
  • Use of commercial kitchen
  • Parking for 65 vehicles
  • Event day on-site venue coordinator
  • 72” dining tables, chairs and market umbrellas

Deposit and insurance requirements:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve date
  • Remaining balance due 90 days prior to event date
  • $500 refundable security deposit required 90 days prior to event date
  • The event space is confirmed once Sova Gardens receives a 50% non-refundable deposit, signed contract and additional-insured insurance certificate (available on websafe.com)
  • Rates subject to change
  • We accept cash and checks

Sova Garden is offering all-inclusive wedding packages to make your special day as stress free as possible. We’ve partnered with Sonoma’s finest vendors to create the perfect wedding experience for you and your guests.

Here is what is included in our packages:

Venue Rental

  • Exclusive use of property
  • Choice of numerous settings
  • 6 hour event rental
  • 2 hours of pre-set up
  • 1 hour rehearsal time
  • Tables – 72” rounds
  • Chairs – natural wood folding
  • Market umbrellas
  • Clean-up before and after

Flowers

  • Bridal bouquet
  • Maid of honor bouquet
  • 2 pin-on corsages for mothers
  • 4 boutonnieres for groom & attendants
  • Centerpieces for the reception tables

Photographer

  • 5 hours of shooting time
  • 20 page bridal album
  • Proof notebook
  • Custom website with access to all photos

Catered Buffet Dinner

  • Choice of three menus
  • Tableware and flatware
  • Ivory or white linens
  • Note: Bar Package is separate

Cake

  • Buttercream cake w/ choice of flavors andfillings
  • Roses or hydrangeas decorating the cake
  • Choice of ribbon at base of each tier

Music & DJ

  • DJ for ceremony and reception
  • PA and sound equipment provided

Officiant

  • Licensed officiant to assist and or customize vows for ceremony

The packages are designed to incorporate all of the key elements in a wedding. You will have the ability to work directly with the vendors to share your vision and customize the look and feel to create your perfect day.

Pricing is based on how many guests attend your event, what time of year and what day of the week it is. As an example – for a high-season Saturday- pricing for 2010 with 100 guests attending would cost $18,500 plus tax.
